Currently due to technical limitations, a valid license key is needed for each domain and subdomain where Maps Marker Pro is installed.
If you are using subdomains just pointing to another part of your main site (e.g. for language choices like de.yourdomain.com), this does not count against your list of available licenses. In this case, please open a support ticket and we will add your subdomain to your list of valid license instances manually.
For a future release we plan to add wildcard support for license validation, so that every subdomain of your main domain automatically gets validated without counting against your list of valid license instances (*.yourdomain.com) – this will also include staging and development domains, which now also do not count against your list of valid license instances but which also have to be added manually by us.
Check out our detailed tutorial: how to renew your access to updates and support
No. Thanks to the unexpring license key, Maps Marker Pro will still work, even if you don’t renew access to support and updates. You can continue to use it on your website, but you will not be able to get updates such as bug fixes, new features and optimizations and won’t have access to our support ticket system.
After the time period ends, you have the option to renew your access to updates and support after at a discounted renewal rate.
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, PayPal, Sofort and payment via bitcoins.
We only accept online payments, so we will not be able to take any checks or orders over the phone.
Yes, we do. We’ve got a program that allows you to resell licenses at a 20% discount. If you’re interested in reselling Maps Marker Pro, kindly visit mapsmarker.com/reseller.
