Pro-Version Releases

We are happy to introduce the availability Maps Marker Pro v4.31! This update brings enhancements for the list of markers and drawing shapes. Additionally, we have implemented several optimizations and bug fixes to enhance performance and stability.

An updated to the latest version is – as always – highly recommended. If you access to updates and support has expired, please click here for more information on how to optionally renew your access. Although your license key never expires, unless you renew your access to updates and support, you will not be able to get plugin updates including new features, optimizations, bug and security fixes, translations updates as well as access to our helpdesk with dedicated 1:1 support. Therefore we always recommend updating to the latest version of Maps Marker Pro.

add option to change map/marker author

As requested by users, we added an option to change the author of a map or marker.

New dropdown on marker view on backend:

add custom sorting to list of markers

With v4.31 it is now also possible to use a custom sort order for the list of markers below a map.

In order to set your custom sort order, open the map on backend, navigate to tab “list”, select “Custom” for “Default sorting” and enter the IDs of the markers from your lists in the desired order in the new field “Custom IDs”:

add dash array and dash offset options for shapes

With v4.31 you can now also draw dashed shapes on your maps. To achieve this, proceed as follows:

open the map on backend, click on “show advanced settings”, navigate to tab “Draw”, enable radio button “Stroke”, set new option “Dash array” to e.g. 5 and the draw a line e.g. by using the “Draw Polyline” tool on the map:

You can also set an offset for the dash with the new option “Dash offset”, usually this might not be needed though.

add option to set absolute zoom value for list of markers action

With v4.31 you can now also explicitly set the absolute zoom value which is used the users clicks on a marker in the list of markers.

To enable this, click on “show advanced settings”, navigate to tab “List” where you can now also select the new options “Jump to marker and set zoom” and “Open popup and set zoom”:
