Free v3.9 with IE11 and GeoJSON bugfixes is available

Attention: this is not the changelog for the latest stable version 4.28 (see related release notes)

This release focuses on fixing bugs for IE11 and GeoJSON array.

Pro v1.8 has also been released today with the following highlights:

  • layer maps: center map on markers and open popups by clicking on list of markers entries
  • new tool for monitoring “active shortcodes with invalid map IDs”
  • option to disable Google Places Autocomplete API on backend

Changes and optimizations

  • replaced discontinued predefined MapBox tiles “MapBox Streets” with “Natural Earth I” (valid for new installs only, current users have to reset their settings if they want to apply those changes)

Bugfixes

  • input field for marker and layer zoom on backend was too small on mobile devices
  • icons selection on markers maps was broken in IE11 (thx geekahedron!)
  • backslashes in popuptexts resulted in broken layer maps – now replaced with slashes (thx Dmitry!)

How to download / update 

The easiest way to update is to use the WordPress update process: login with an user who has admin privileges, navigate to Dashboard / Updates, select plugins to update and press the button “Update Plugins”. Alternatively you can also download the current version here, unzip the package and overwrite the plugin´s files on your webserver.
