Do you have questions or issues with Maps Marker Pro? As a pro user you are getting dedicated 1:1 support from the developer – just login to the customer area and open a new support ticket.

If you are using the free version, you will find 3 ways how you can get help to solve your issues:

One personal request: before you post a new support ticket in the WordPress Support Forum, please follow the instructions from https://www.mapsmarker.com/readme-first which give you a guideline on how to deal with the most common issues.

  • Check the FAQ
    First of all, check the FAQ! Most of the questions you might need answers to have already been asked and the answers are in the FAQ.
  • Check the documentation
    You can also find a great deal of helpful documentation on this site. Checking the FAQ and the documentation on your own is the easiest and quickest way to solve your problem.
  • Use the WordPress Support Forum (free community support)
    If you were unable to find the answer to your question on the FAQ page or in any of the documentation, you should check the support forum on WordPress.org. If you can’t locate any topics that pertain to your particular issue, post a new topic for it. But, remember that this is a free support forum and no one is obligated to help you. Every person who offers information to help you is a volunteer, so be polite. And, I would suggest that you read the “Forum Rules” before posting anything.

Please use these support channels appropriately. Do not post support requests to the contact form, as these are not the right venues for these types of requests. Any support requests for the free version sent via this contact form will be ignored!

Due to limited ressources, I won´t be able to answer every support question posted in the support forum on WordPress.org, although I will monitor this forum and offer help if possible.
